How to Install:
1. Switch to TWRP recovery mode.
2. Advance Wipe - Dalvik + Data + cache
3. Select CM12.1.zip and flash it.
4. Wipe Dalvik + cache (DON'T WIPE DATA NOW)
5. Reboot and Enjoy!
